사암(思庵) 박순(朴淳)의 시를 통한 포천(抱川) 지역 공간 형상화와 현대적 가치

Abstract

This study aimed to speculate on how Saam Park Soon configured the space in Pocheon, Gyeongkido through poetry and its modern value. The reason that Park Soon lived a hermit life in Pocheon, Gyeongkido is related to impeachment of Yulgok Yi I when the poet was 61 years old. At that time, Yi I watched the Barbaric North’s frequent invasion to Joseon and proposed ‘Six Simu Suggestions“ and ” A Hundred Thousand Military Force Building Up. “However, the proposal was opposed by the other party and Yi I who was impeached returned to Yulgok. As Park Soon had a friendly relationship with Yi I, he understood why Yi I proposed them. Therefore, he advocated Yi I’s proposal and was impeached as he was considered as the same party. As well, he was impeached by Jeong Yeo-Lib when he was 63 years old and resided temporarily in Yeongho. On the Autumn of next year, he reported to the King Seonjo that he would go to Chochon, Pocheon for a spa and lived a hermit life there. Park Soon resided temporarily in Wudujeong as there was no house to live in when he arrived at Pocheon and then built a house named Baegyeonwa to live in. He went around scenic spots as he adapted to the new surroundings in Pocheon. The representative spots he went around were Changokbyeong, Nakguijeng, Hwajeokyeon, Mt. Baekun, Seokryongtoi and Mt. Geumgng. In particular, Park Soon gave natural materials names of Chongryongdam, Baekhakdae, Chonghakdae, Sangeumdae, Sugyeongdae, Tounsang, Myeongoktan ad Wajun, carved names on rocks and configured them through poetry. The space configuration poetry Park Soon wrote was handed down through 『Gyeongki Doeup Record』, 『Donggukyeojiji』 and 『Yeongpyeongji』 published in 2013. It indicates that his poetry is very important in Pocheon.
