초록
This study investigates university students' perceptions of what constitutes a "good" computer practice class, focusing on general education courses. Using advanced text analysis techniques, including LLM-based keyword extraction, GPT embedding, and network analysis with the Louvain algorithm, the study analyzed students' actual course experiences. The results identified nine constituent clusters, structured into four main categories: Quality and Understanding of Lecture, Teaching Method and Process, Operation Method, and Professor and Learning Materials. Centrality analysis highlighted three key elements: Class Operation, Lecture Quality, and Operation Method. This suggests that students define a good class not merely by skill acquisition, but by a holistic learning experience combining understandable explanations, systematic practical training, and flexible operation. The findings offer practical guidelines for designing effective computer practice classes to enhance digital competence in general education.
