장애학생 원격교육 및 교육지원에 대한 학부모의 인식 및 요구 분석

본 연구는 장애학생에게 실시된 원격수업에 대한 장애학생 학부모의 인식을 파악하고, 교육지원에 대한 요구를 탐색하고자하였다. 이를 위하여 학령기 장애 자녀가 있는 전국의 학부모 총 2,392명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 문항은크게 교육격차 방지를 위한 학습지원, 행동 및 심리적 어려움을 위한 지원, 교육복지 보장을 위한 돌봄지원의 영역에 관한 문항들로 구성되었다. 설문조사를 통해 취합된 자료는 기술통계를 통해 분석되었으며, 중복응답을 한 문항의 경우에는 다중응답 빈도분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과 원격수업 시 장애학생의 교육격차 방지를 위해 지원해야 할 학습지원의 중요도로 학교 내대면교육이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 특수교육지원센터와 연계한 학습지원과 관련해서는 장애특성에 맞는 원격학습 방법 및 전략에 대한 상담이 가장 높게 나타났다. 장애학생 원격수업을 위한 학습지원의 방안으로 예비특수교사를 통한 개별학습 지원에대한 요구가 높게 나타났으며, 학습보조기기 및 보조공학기기 관련해서는 필요할 때 적절하게 이용할 수 있는 충분한 기기의확보를 요구하였다. 이 밖에도 장애학생이 행동 및 심리적 어려움을 위한 심리상담 및 교육지원이 요구되었으며, 장애특성에적합한 돌봄 프로그램 개발 및 전담 인력 추가 배치 등에 대한 요구가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 장애학생이 원격수업으로 인한 겪게 되는 학습격차 해소를 위한 방안 및 구체적인 교육지원 방안에 관하여 시사점을 제시하였다
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the parents’ perceptions of the distance learning provided to students with disabilitiesand to explore the demands for educational support. A survey was conducted on a total of 2,392 parents of school-age children withdisabilities. The survey questions were largely divided into the learning support to prevent educational gap, support for behavioraland psychological difficulties, and care support for educational welfare. As a result of the study, it was found that face-to-faceeducation in schools was the most important to prevent the educational gap between students with disabilities, and counseling ondistance learning methods and strategies suitable for the characteristics of the disabled in connection with the Special EducationSupport Center was the most necessary. As a learning support method for distance learning for students with disabilities, there was a high demand for individual learning support through preparatory special education teachers, and it was necessary to secure enoughlearning aids and assistive technology devices to be used appropriately when needed. In addition, psychological counseling andeducational support for students with disabilities were requested, and there were demands for development of care programs suitablefor the characteristics of the disabled and assignment of dedicated personnel. Based on the results of this study, this study suggestedimplications for students with disabilities to bridge the learning gap and provide educational support due to distance learning.
