발달지체영유아의 영역별 발달지원을 위한 심리운동 적용방안 연구 -Kiphard의 심리운동연습처치(PMÜ) 이론을 기반으로-

본 연구는 지적장애와 자폐성 장애 및 뇌성마비로 발달 지체를 보이는 영유아의 영역별 발달을 지원하기 위해 Kiphard의 심리운동연습처치(PMÜ)를 기반으로 한 심리운동방법을 적용하는 것이다. Kiphard의 심리운동연습처치를 영역별 발달지원을 위한 요인에 따른 적용방안을 제시하였다. 심리운동적용을 위한 요인으로 한국영유아선별검사(K-DST)의 6가지 발달영역에 따라 목적된 감각 및 지각훈련, 움직임 훈련을 통한 감각연습, 신체도식 연습, 주의력연습, 자제력(자기통제)연습, 창의(발명)·표현(수행)연습으로 구체화하고 이를 심리운동의 특성인 주체중심, 흥미와 자발성을 중심으로 구성하여 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 제시된 심리운동연습처치방법은 한국 영유아 발달선별검사(K-DST)로 선별된 발달지체영유아의 발달지원을 위해 병원 및 치료현장에서 유용하게 사용될 것이다.
Abstract
This study is to apply a psychomotorik method based on Kiphard's theory of psychomotorik practice treatment method(PMÜ) to support the development of infants and children with developmental delays due to intellectual disabilities, autistic disorders, and cerebral palsy. A plan for applying Kiphard's psychomotorik practice treatment method according to the factors for developmental support by domain was presented. As a factor for applying psychomotor, sensory and perceptual training aimed at the six developmental areas of the Korean-Developmental Screening Test (K-DST), sensory practice through movement training, body diagram practice, attention practice, self-control practice (self-control), Creativity (invention) and expression (performation) exercises were embodied and presented in the context of subject-centered, interest and spontaneity, which are the characteristics of psychological movements. The psychomotorik practice method presented through this study will be usefully used in hospitals and treatment sites to support the development of infants with developmental delays screened by the Korean-Developmental Screening Test (K-DST).
