Abstract
This study aims to construct a learning community among Asian countries, especially the three countries of Northeast Asia: Korea, China and Japan. The Three Kondoms of Korea, China and Japan each have a unique tradition and culture. The problem between the three countries, which have not been able to find contact points today, can only be resolved when the people of the three countries can gather together to 'share' and 'sympathize' the history and traditions of the Three Kingdoms. This is also why it is difficult to have a political solution that has clear interests and goals. Finally, the historical discourse among the three countries, Korea, China, and Japan, calls for shared knowledge and shared vision among the three countries that guarantee objectivity and universality. This is not a discourse of political dimension but an area of 'learning'. Specifically, this study draws the history debate between the three countries into a field of public opinion for historical solution and seeks a solution to this, and aims at the theme of the past liquidation and the task of achieving the future vision. The purpose of this study is to suggest a way to overcome the limitation of the political solution between the three countries by applying the "Learning Web Theory" for the historical discourse in order to conceive the establishment of a sustainable CJKorea-Japan-Chine learning community.
