미 국방성은 미국의 전략 목표를 달성하기 위한 방법으로 NCW 개념 및 모델을 개발하였을 뿐 아니라, 수단으로 EA를 기반으로 한 GIG개념을 도입하여 미 국방성의 최적화를 달성하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 한국 국방부도 미래전을 위하여 NCW 개념을 도입하여 추진하고 있으나, 국방부 전체 최적화를 위한 EA기반의 통합모델이 없어 통합적인 추진이 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문의 목적은 최적의 NCW 구축을 위한 “EA기반의 국방정보화 통합모델”을 제시하는 것이다. 제안한 모델은 미 국방성의 NCW모델을 벤치마킹하여 개발하였다. 본 모델은 엔터프라이를 범위, 관점 및 영역으로 분류하여 구성요소를 정의하였을 뿐 아니라 구성요소의 관계를 통합관점에서 서술하였다. 통합모델은 향후 한국 국방부의 NCW 구현을 위한 사업 추진 시 전군적 차원의 효과적인 관리수단으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
DoD makes efforts to not only develop the NCW Reference Model as a ways to achieve strategic objective of U.S., but also introduce GIG as a means to achieve DoD-wide optimization. MND makes efforts to develop the NCW RM for future warfare, however it seems to be very difficult to develop the NCW RM and GIG architecture without integration model based on EA. The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the “Defense Information Integration Model based on EA” to optimize the development of the NCW. Proposed model has been developed as a result of bench marking of the NCW model of DoD. This model not only classified the attribute of enterprise which consists of scope, view and area and then defined elements of attribute, but also described relationship among elements in point of enterprise integration view. This model will be used as an effective management tool in point of enterprise integration when MND is going to develop the NCW.
