현재 국방에서 적용되고 있는 상호운용성 평가 모델 및 도구는 주로 단일체계환경을 대상으로 설계되어 있으며, 향후 복합체계 환경에서 사용하는 데 대해서는 제한점을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 NCW 이론에 따른 국방정보체계 구축에요구되는 복합체계 간 상호운용성 적용방안을 제시한다. 먼저 국방 상호운용성 평가 모델 및 도구에 대해 그 현상을 진단하고 선진군에서 연구 및 적용하고있는 상호운용성 평가 모델을 비교분석한 후, 복합체계 간 상호운용성 분석 모델인 SOSI 모델에 대해 그 개념 및 시사점을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 국방 상호운용성 적용방안을 제시한다.
Abstract
The models and tools used for the test and evaluation of the interoperability in the ROK MND are mainly designed for the single system environment. Therefore, their applications are limited for the future System of Systems environment. This paper proposes a new approach for MND’s interoperability policies which is based on the theory of NCW. In this paper an analysis of the current models and tools used in the ROK MND is discussed first. The descriptions of the concepts and implications of the SOSI model which is recently being studied and applied in the advanced countries are followed. Then the MND's interoperability policies based on the SOSI model concepts are presented.
