연구 목적: 이 연구는 중국 광서성 G예술대학교 관현악전공 학생들을 대상으로 무기력이 자아존중감에 영향을 미침에 있어서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 연구 방법: 연구대상은 관현악전공 학생들인 70명을 대상으로 하였고, SPSS 25 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도, 상관관계 및 회귀 분석 등을 한다. 연구 내용: 관현악전공 대학생의 무기력, 회복탄력성 및 자아존중감에 관한 구조방정식의 모형을 확인한다. 결론 및 제언: 무기력이 자아존중감에 영향을 줌에 있어서, 회복탄력성의 매개효과가 관여됨으로써, 그 직접효과가 감소되었다. 그리고 회복탄력성이 무기력과 자아존중감 사이를 부분적으로 매개함을 확인하였다. 따라서 관현악전공 대학생의 자아존중감을 함양하기 위해서는 학교 및 사회가, 각종 학업의 좌절감과 부정적 인식의 감소방안 및 회복탄력성의 증진방안을 찾음으로써, 제각기 학생들 모두에게 도움을 주어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of resilience in the influence of lethargy on self-esteem for students majoring in orchestral music at G-Art University in Guangxi Province, China. The subjects of the study are 70 students from orchestral music major, and reliability, correlation, and regression analysis are conducted using the SPSS 25 program. We confirm the structural equation model for the lethargy, resilience, and self-esteem of orchestral music university students. In the case of lethargy affecting self-esteem, the direct effect is reduced by being involved in the mediating effect of resilience. And it is confirmed that resilience partially mediated between lethargy and self-esteem. Therefore, in order to foster self-esteem of orchestral university students, school and society should help all students by finding ways to reduce academic frustration and negative perception, and ways to improve resilience.
