The Study of Education of Humanism at Juvenile Institution Focused on students, instructors, and employees

The purpose of this study is to understand the condition of humanistic study that the juvenile hall students are practically being operated and the instructors demand. Also, this study focuses on the current situation of the education of humanism and the practical investigation of juvenile programs. Furthermore, it is investigating the desire of the humanistic study’s employees and the application of the programs from outside lecturer. Among this institution’s various programs, so called the education of humanism, we found the certain result that is sponsored by the outside lecturers. According to the result, the program is beneficial to the students. First of all, we certainly see the different degrees of this program’s impact to the male and female students although the difference is negligible. Second, we also found the lack of communication between the lecturers and employees. Finally, we realized the necessity of the well-designed programs to train the professional instructors and respond to the need of the crime juveniles. Therefore, this study shows how to develop the humanistic study in the field of corrective education.
