「賞春曲」의 作者에 대한 考察

이 논문의 결론은 「賞春曲」의 작자를 不憂軒 丁克仁이라고 인정하기 어렵다는 것이다. 그 이유는 정극인의 저술들에 반영된 작자 성격과, 「상춘곡」에 나타난 話者 성격이 동질적이지 않기 때문이다. 정극인은 평생 동안 임금을 도와 治世하는 것에 관심을 두었고, 은퇴 후에도 임금의 은총을 거듭 받았음을 그의 저술에 표현하였다. 그리고 권력욕과 관련된 정치적 갈등이 정극인에게는 전혀 없었다. 그런 반면에 「상춘곡」의 화자는 벼슬살이를 하였다면, 다른 벼슬아치들의 모함을 받았거나 어떤 사건을 계기로 벼슬에서 물러났거나 쫓겨난 인물로 추정된다. 이 화자는 제도권 밖에서 사는 것에 스스로 만족할 뿐, 벼슬살이에 대한 관심이 전혀 없다. 그리고 작품에는 임금과 치세에 대한 언급도 전혀 없다. 이 비교를 통하여 「상춘곡」의 작자를 정극인이라고 인정하기는 어려운 것이다. 이 결론을 위하여 정극인이 벼슬하고 벼슬하지 않는 동안 이 두 생활 처지와 인식이 저술들 속에 반영된 국면들을 면밀하게 살피고 서로 비교하면서 확인하였다. 남은 또 하나의 검토 작업은 이미 제기된 다른 작자(李洺)에 대한 검토를 위하여 「賞春曲」과 「逸民歌」의 세밀한 비교 고찰이 있어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Conclusion of the study is that it's hard to accept Geuk-in Jung as the author of Sang Choon Gok. The reason is that his character reflected in his works is not same with a teller's in Sang Choon Gok. In his works, he expressed that he was interested in reign with helping a king for his whole life, and after retirement he won the king's favor repeatedly. Also, he never had political conflicts such as a desire for power. On the contrary, if the teller of Sang Choon Gok is presumed as the man who was in government service, he might be entrapped by other government officials or expelled because of some happening. The teller is satisfied with himself living out of the range and he is not interested in government service at all. In addition, in this work, there is no mention about reign with king. Through this comparison, we can find that it is difficult to admit the fact that the author of Sang Choon Gok is Jung, Geuk-in. I inspected closely, compared and checked conditions in his writing which reflect the two life positions and recognitions during the time Jung Geuk-in was taking up a public office and not. As another left work which should be considered, there should be close comparison study on Sang Choon Gok and Il Min Ga for examination of the other author(Myung Lee) who is already suggested.
