초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the clinical improvement of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN1) and associated symptoms in three patients after Korean medicine treatment. Methods: The patients diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN1) were treated by Traditional Korean Medicine, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, and fumigation therapy. Patients were evaluated using cytological and histopathological examinations to confirm improvement. Clinical symptoms associated with the condition were also assessed based on the patients' subjective reports during the treatment period. Results: Cytological and histopathological examinations confirmed significant improvement in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN1) in all patients. Clinical symptoms, such as menstrual irregularities and dysmenorrhea, also showed improvement during the treatment period. Conclusions: This study shows that Traditional Korean Medicine can effectively improve cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN1) and associated symptoms. These findings suggest that Korean medicine could be a potential treatment option for managing CIN1, providing an alternative to conventional approaches.
