Abstract
Due to its tradition of putting more emphasis on being group rather than being individual and its national ideology of Socialism, it is strongly believed that forming a democratic government in China is not an easy task. Should China successfully succeed in forming such a democratic government form, that government would be still anticipated to keep the strict state control. Nevertheless, China has already realized that it should pursue for the society of freedom and variety on the matter of logical course for sustainable growth of China in 21st Century. For that sustainable growth of China in 21st Century, China is trying hard not to expand public sector further but rather to encourage private sector to grow more in all the fields of the society. This would be the fundamental principle of China's socialist democratic government form. It is expected that those efforts and changes of China would unfold positive effects on its surrounding countries.
