“双减”政策对中国学校音乐教育的影响研究

在快节奏和高压力的现代社会中，教育作为家庭的重中之重，作业焦虑、择校焦虑、升学焦虑等一系列教育焦虑成为普遍现象，尤其在义务教育阶段更为明显。2021年7月24日，中国教育部印发《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》（下文简称“双减”政策），其根本目的是为了减轻学生的课业负担，减少家长的教育焦虑。本文将对新减负政策下学校的素质教育进行相关研究，以义务教育阶段的学校音乐教育为主要研究对象，运用文献研究法、调查问卷、深度访谈、实地调查等研究方法,分析“双减”政策对发展音乐教育提供的理论支撑以及如何在“减负”的要求下开展高效的音乐教学，从音乐课堂的改革到课后服务的优化，多方面的阐述“双减”政策对于学校音乐教育产生的实质性影响。
Abstract
In modern society, which is characterized by fast-paced life and high pressure, education is one of the major concerns of families. A series of educational anxieties, such as homework anxiety, school choice anxiety, and academic advancement anxiety, have become common phenomena, particularly in the stage of compulsory education. On July 24, 2021, the Ministry of Education of China issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Tutoring for Students in Compulsory Education" (hereafter referred to as the "Double Reduction" policy). The core goal of this policy is to reduce students' academic workload and alleviate parents' educational anxiety.This article will conduct relevant research on the quality education of schools under the "Double Reduction" policy, with music education in compulsory education as the main research object.Using methods such as literature review， questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and field research, our study aims to analyze the theoretical support the "Double Reduction" policy provides for the development of school music education and how to carry out efficient music teaching under the requirements of "reducing burden". We will explore the practical impact of the policy on various aspects, from the reform of music classrooms to the optimization of after-school services.
