The purpose of this paper is to classify questions about movie adaptations of Shakespeare’s Othello (3.3.257-330) and Macbeth(1.7) according to the educational objectives defined in “Bloom’s Taxonomy.” Bloom’s taxonomy gives benefits to both teachers and students. First, teachers can teach class materials systematically thanks to distinctive educational objectives. Second, the classification and questions enable university students to be engaged in discussing current issues related with movies’ topics, and to be motivated and to find creative ideas in their own way. That’s because with the cognitive process, students will be able to recognize the class objectives and study very efficiently.
Abstract
