The study is to generalize the structure’s syntactic category, and approach the cause from the layers of phonetics, semantic andpragmatic. In layer of phonetics, the structure is three-syllable form; In the layer of semantic, the adjective in thestructure is negative; In the layer of pragmatic, the structure is widely used in the media, and most of the uses are the young. The foregoing is the reasons why the structure is becoming so popular.
