텍스트마이닝과 CONCOR 분석기법을 활용한 전통시장 활성화 키워드 분석: 2020년부터 2023년까지 네이버 포털을 중심으로

본 연구는 텍스트마이닝과 CONCOR 기법을 활용하여 전통시장 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 전통시장 이용자를 대상으로 전통시장 이용 고객들이 작성한 네이버 포털을 기반으로 한 소셜 네트워크 분석 프로그램을 활용하였다. 이러한 전통시장 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점 도출을 위하여 분석 기간은 2020년 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 4년 동안의기간으로 한정하였다. 분석 데이터 수집을 위해 텍스톰 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 수집된 데이터를 활용하여 텍스트마이닝 분석(중심 키워드 분석, TF-IDF, N-gram)을 실시하였다. 또한, 네트워크 분석은 Net-draw 기능을 활용하여 의미연결망과 CONCOR 분석 및 시각화를 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 전통시장 활성화를 위한 중앙 및 지방정부의 지원사업이 중요한키워드로 제시되었다. 특히, 온누리상품권을 통한 전통시장의 상권 활성화 정책이 필요하며, 코로나 팬데믹(pandemic)으로 인한 지역 상인들의 경제적 어려움이 큰 것으로 나타났다. TF-IDF 분석 결과, 중심 키워드 분석 결과와 일부 순위가 상이하지만 대체로 유사한 패턴으로 나타났다. 전통시장 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전통시장 활성화 사업의 추진을 정부 주도의 지원정책 중심에서 민관 거버넌스 형성을 통해맞춤형 전통시장 활성화 사업발굴 제안방식으로의 정책적 전환이 필요하다. 둘째, ‘전통시장 연계형 도시재생사업’의 지속적이고 적극적인 확대 지원정책이 요구된다. 셋째, 전통시장 상인들은 고령자라는 특성을 고려하여 온라인 쇼핑관련 교육 프로그램 운영 및 실무적인 지원까지 확대하는 정책적 개선이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study aims to provide policy implications for revitalizing traditional markets by utilizing text mining and CONCOR techniques. We used a social network analysis program based on the Naver portal written by traditional market users. To derive policy implications for revitalizing traditional markets, the analysis period was limited to the four-year period from January 2020 to December 2023. The Textome program was employed to collect the data, which was then analyzed using text mining. In addition, network analysis was conducted using the Net-draw function to analyze and visualize the semantic network and CONCOR. The analysis identified central and local government support projects to revitalize traditional markets as important keywords. In particular, a policy to revitalize the commercial areas of traditional markets through Onnuri gift certificates is needed. It has been revealed that local merchants face great economic difficulties due to the coronavirus pandemic. As a result of the TF-IDF analysis, some rankings were different from the core keyword analysis results but generally exhibited a similar pattern. The policy implications for revitalizing traditional markets are as follows: First, a policy shift from a government-led support policy to a customized traditional market revitalization project discovery proposal method is required. Second, a continuous and active expansion support policy is required for “traditional market-linked urban regeneration projects.” Third, policy improvements are required to expand the operation of online shopping-related education programs and practical support.
