This study is about the regional difference by climate over mountainous area of northern Pakistan. The mountainous area of northern Pakistan is divided into southern and northern slope by the Himalayas and monsoon. There is a lot of vegetation during monsoon season on the southern slope. But on the northern slope, regardless of monsoon, vegetation is only around the river. The southern slope lacks water, and the color of the river is clear. But the northern slope is rich in inflow, and the color of the river is murky. The people on the southern slope farming in slopes and can be just for themselves, but people on the northern slope produce surplus products as they farm twice a year in f lood plain. Because of economic difficulties, people on the southern slope have low educational levels against a high levels of education on northern slope. People on the northern slope are open to outsiders through the silk road, but not on the southern slope.
