초록

본 연구는 대학생의 소명의식과 경력계획실천행동 간의 관계를 살펴보고 이 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 두 변인사이를 매개하는지를 살펴보고자 함에 목적이 있다. 더불어, 종교의 유무에 따라 소명의식과 다른 변인 간의 영향관계에서 차이가 나타나는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 소재 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 254부를 수집하여 이중 250부를 분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석에는 R 언어를 기반으로 하고 있는 통계 프로그램 jamovi와 R Studio를 활용하였다. 연구결과를 도출하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 통한 측정도구 타당성 검증, 연구변인의 기술통계 및 변인 간 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 분석, 매개효과 검증을 위한 부트스트래핑 검증, 다집단분석을 순서대로 실시하였다. 그 결과 소명의식과 경력계획실천행동 간에는 직접적인 영향관계가 없었으나, 소명의식과 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결정자기효능감과 경력계획실천행동 간에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 파악하였다. 또한, 변인들 간의 관계를 고려한 간접효과를 파악하여 진로결정자기효능감이 소명의식과 경력계획실천행동 사이의 관계를 완전매개하고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 한편, 종교의 유무에 따라 소명의식과 진로결정자기효능감 간의 영향관계에 차이가 나타났다는 점을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 논의와 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between perceiving a calling and career planning practical behavior of the undergraduate students with the effect of career decision self-efficacy as a mediator. Besides, this study tried to determine the difference of the relationship between perceiving a calling and other variables through the presence or absence of religion. To achieve this purpose, 254 cases were collected from undergraduate students in South Korea and 250 cases were used. The R-based statistical program jamovi and R Studio was used for the data analysis. To produce the research results, reliability and validity analysis of the measurements, descriptive and correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, bootstrapping analysis for verification of the mediated effect, and multi-group analysis were performed in order. Thus the perceiving of calling has no direct relationship with career planning practical behavior, both effects were significantly positive, between perceiving a calling and career decision self-efficacy, and between career decision self-efficacy and career planning practical behavior. Also, the result found the mediated effect of career decision self-efficacy was significant in a consideration of the relationship of each variable. Furthermore, the difference of the relationship of influence between perceiving a calling and career decision self-efficacy was identified. Based on the results, discussion, and proposal for future studies were provided.
