본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 디지털 리터러시가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하여 장애인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 실천 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 장애인의 디지털 리터러시에서 특히 디지털 정보활용에 초점을 두어 연구하였다. 이에 본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단 장애인고용개발원에서 2022년에 발행된 장애인고용패널 2차웨이브 7차 조사자료를 이용하여 SPSS 24.0프로그램으로 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인의 디지털 리터러시는 삶의 만족도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인의 디지털 리터러시는 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인의 디지털 리터러시와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감은 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 정부 각기관과 유기적 업무협력 체계 구축을 통한 통합적인 디지털 리터러시 정책을 추진할 것과 장애유형별 학습 능력을 고려한 맞춤형 디지털 리터러시 교육 모델을 개발하고 인공지능(AI) 교육 강화를 위한 실천적·정책적 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between the digital literacy of the disabled on life satisfaction and to present a practical direction for improving the self-efficacy and life satisfaction of the disabled. In response, this study utilized data from the 7th year of the 2nd Wave of the Disabled Employment Panel provided in 2022 by the Employment Development Institute for the Disabled under the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. For the analysis of the mediating effect, SPSS 24.0 regression analysis method was used. The main research results are as follows. First, the digital literacy had a positive effect on the life satisfaction. Second, digital literacy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Third, in the relationship between digital literacy and the life satisfaction, self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect. Based on the results of this analysis, we proposed an integrated digital literacy policy by establishing an organic business cooperation system with each government agency, development of a customized digital literacy education model considering the learning ability of each type of disability, and practical and policy measures to strengthen artificial intelligence (AI) education.
