The Positive Psychological Capital Impact of Medical Beauty Workers on Job Performance: Mediating effect of job satisfaction

Abstract
This study is intended to examine how job satisfaction mediates the relationship between positive psychological capital and job performance among medical beauty professionals. A structured questionnaire was administered to 430 beauty professionals, consisting of two sample groups with 203 and 227 respondents, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 through coding and data organization techniques. The results are as follows First, positive psychological capital was found to have a significant positive effect on job performance. Second, job satisfaction was identified as a partial mediator in the relationship between positive psychological capital and job performance. These findings suggest that strengthening positive psychological capital can enhance both job satisfaction and performance. The study offers meaningful insights for developing effective human resource strategies in the beauty industry
