본 연구의 목적은 학년군제로 운영되는 체육과 평가의 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전국 5개 대도시(서울, 대전, 대구, 부산, 광주) 지역의 120개 중학교 2학년 연간 평가계획서를 분석하였다. 분석 대상 학교의 연간 평가계획서 내용 중 내용 영역, 성취기준, 평가 영역, 신체활동 종목, 평가 방법 및 도구를 추출하여 Excel 프로그램에 입력하였으며, SPSS 24.0을 활용해 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 내용 영역(건강 영역: 건강과 체력평가, 도전 영역: 기록 도전, 경쟁 영역: 영역형 경쟁, 네트형 경쟁)과 성취기준(기능의 이해와 수행에 관한 성취기준)에 따라 평가 비중의 편중성이 나타났다. 둘째, 평가 방법 및 도구의 경우, 결과 중심(97.75%), 양적 평가(95.93%), 교사 평가(99.29%)로 획일화된 특성을 보였다. 결론적으로, 가치 중심 체육과 교육과정의 주요 항목들이 학교 현장에서 활발히 적용되는 것과 달리, 평가 부문은 여전히 편중되고 획일화되는 전통적인 체육과 평가의 문제에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the status of physical education assessment operated by the grade group system. For this purpose, the researchersnanalyzed the annual assessment plans for the second-grade students of 120 middle schools in 5 metropolitan areas (Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, Gwangju) across the country. Content areas, achievement standards, assessment areas, physical activity items, assessment methods and tools were extracted from the contents of the annual assessment plans of the school to be analyzed to uploaded into the Excel program, and frequency analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0. The results of the study showed that first skewed predominance was identified by the content domain (health areas: health and fitness assessment, challenge areas: record challenge, competition areas: domain-type competition, net-type competition) and achievement standards (achievement standards for understanding and performance of functions.. Second, in the case of assessment methods and tools, features like result-oriented (97.75%), quantitative assessment (95.93%), and teacher assessment (99.29%) were observed. In conclusion, different from the main items of value-oriented physical education curriculum that are actively applied in the school field, the skewed and uniformed characteristics of traditional physical education still remains in the assessment sector.
