본 연구는 특수학교에서 고교학점제를 적절히 운영하기 위한 학교 공간 조성 방안과 필요한 지원을 도출하는것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 10명의 전문가 패널(고교학점제 담당 장학사, 특수학교 고교학점제 담당 부장교사)을 구성하여델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 전문가 패널을 대상으로 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였고, 1차 조사를 통해 기본적틀을 구성한 다음에 2차 조사를 통해 최종안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 특수학교 고교학점제를 위한 학교 공간 조성방안으로 기존 공간의 재구조화 방안과 신규 공간 조성 방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 특수학교에서 고교학점제 공간조성을 위해 필요한 지원으로 공간 조성 관련 개발 및 전문가 지원, 행․재정적 지원, 인프라 지원에 대해 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 고교학점제를 위한 특수학교의 공간 재구조화 방안, 학교 공간 모델과 지침 개발, 예산 및인증 지원에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to derive methods for creating school spaces and to identify the support required to implement the high school credit system in special schools. For this study, a Delphi survey was conducted by a panel comprising ten experts in charge of the high school credit system. Two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted by this panel of experts. The first survey established the basic framework, and the second survey produced the final draft. The results of the study suggested ways to restructure existing spaces and create new educational spaces in special schools to support the high school credit system. Furthermore, the results identified the necessary support for creating spaces for the high school credit system. This includes development and expert support, administrative and financial support, and infrastructure support. Based on these findings, the implications for spatial restructuring of special schools, development of school space models and guidelines, and budget and certification support are discussed.
