한중 문화 간 교류의 변증법적 상호작용 패턴 : 재중 한국인들의 문화갈등 현상을 중심으로

초록

한중 문화 간 교류에서 ‘끼리끼리 분위기’, ‘배타적인 집단주의 울타리’, ‘문화공동체 활성화로 인한 갈등’ 등과 같은 집단적 차원의 문화갈등 현상이 발생하고있다. 이러한 현상들은 집단에 자리 매겨진 행위자들 사이의 상호작용 속에서 발생하는 창발현상이다. 본 연구는 이러한 집단적 차원의 갈등현상을 분석하기 위한개념적 도구로서 ‘관계적 인간’관을 주장한다. 또한 이를 통해 한중문화 간 교류에서 변증법적 상호작용 패턴이 존재함을 논증한다. 변증법적 상호작용 패턴은 ‘중국속 한국’이라는 환경 속에서 나타나는 한국인들의 문화 간 ‘정체성 갈등'이 한국인들의 중국사회 진입을 막는 구심력으로 작용하고 동시에 중국인 집단과의 ‘초점없는 상호작용’은 현지문화에 대한 비판과 반대 논리를 만들어 내는 원심력으로작용하면서 발생하고 있다.

Abstract

As exchange between Korea and China has been various in politics,economic and social area, there are continuous cultural conflicts happens their intercultural contacts. When previous studies in regards to Korean and Chinese cultural exchange syndrome were reviewed, there is one common feature- For example, exclusive wall for ours, emotional conflict from boosting same cultural community. These are mostly seen as a group level, not in an individual matter. These are emergent patterns, which is not from personal character but from interaction among the group members. Thus, it can be defined as self organization which is forming its own pattern by interactions among social atoms. Based on this research environment, there are two purposes as below. First, this aims relational concept of man, as a conceptual tool for analyzing group conflict which happens when Korean and Chinese cultures are met and exchanged. Second, this aims to confirm there are Dialectic interaction patterns in cultural exchange between Korea and China. The element brings up dialectic interaction patterns is Koreans’ identity conflict from their enclaves in China, and it plays a role in preventing Koreans entering to Chinese society as well as in bringing up the objections and criticisms to the local environment, which is from unfocused interaction between Chinese communities.
