≪馬氏文通≫ 參合助字 층차 분석에 대한 小考

Abstract

This paper is mainly focused on analyzing stratifications of sanhezhuzi(參合助字:a type of mood particles comprising three single mood particles) yeyiyi(也已矣) presented in Mashi-Wentong(馬氏文通) from a comprehensive view. Additionally, this paper suggests an accompanying reading method for comprehending Mashi-Wentong(馬氏文通) through investigating stratifications of sanhezhuzi(參合助字). Research shows that there are two kinds of sanhezhuzi(參合助字) stratifications in Mashi-Wentong(馬氏文通) : one[(也+已)+矣] fits in well with the original grammatical structure of Majianzhong(馬建忠)’s text, while the other[也+(已矣)] does not. The reason Majianzhong(馬建忠) mentioned the other stratification is not for the intensification of his own theory of sanhezhuzi(參合助字), but for its[ie.也+已矣] preservation for other theories. However, because Majianzhong(馬建忠) introduces it without clear explanation, it has made many researchers mistake it as his authentic stratification of sanhezhuzi(參合助字) yeyiyi(也已矣). Although Majianzhong(馬建忠) does not comment clearly, we can still deduce his original intention not through literally understanding, but through comprehensively understanding his grammatical structure. Thus this paper argues for a comprehensive reading of Mashi-Wentong(馬氏文通).
