IT–OT 융합 환경에서 안전·가용성을 최우선으로 보장하기 위해, 본 논문은 사이버레인지·디지털트윈을 통한 실증가능성을 전제로, 네트워크·호스트·공정 데이터를 아우르는 다계층/하이브리드 이상탐지와 허니팟 기반 초기 경보를결합하고, 위험기반 스케줄링으로 안전–보안 충돌을 조정하며, SDN/SDS와 eBPF 등 경계–에지 가시성을 활용해Adaptive Containment & Mitigation과 Resumption & Hardening의 이 단계 OT 특화 대응 프레임을 제안한다.
Abstract
To safeguard safety and availability in IT–OT convergence, this paper combines multi-layer hybrid anomaly detection across network, host, and process data with honeypot-driven early alerts; reconciles safety–security trade-offs via risk-based scheduling; and leverages boundary– edge visibility with SDN/SDS and eBPF to propose a two-stage OT-specific response framework comprising Adaptive Containment & Mitigation and Resumption & Hardening.
