본 연구는 Q 방법론을 적용하여 팀기반 시뮬레이션 학습을 경험한 간호학생의 인식유형과 그 특성을 탐색하여 각 유형에 따른 맞춤형 교육전략을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 시뮬레이션을 활용한 실습교육을 경험한 2학년 학생 39명을 P 표본으로 편의 표집하였으며, 35개의 Q 표본을 9점 척도의 Q 분포상에 강제 분포하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL 프로그램으로 처리하였다. 연구결과 각기 독특한 특성을 가진 3개의 유형이 확인되었다. 제 1유형은 ‘발전 지향적 협력형’, 제 2유형은 ‘부정적 비몰입형’, 제 3유형은 ‘외재적 동기 추구형’이었다. 본 연구 결과는 세 가지 유형에 근거한 교육 중재 프로그램을 개발하여 시뮬레이션 기반 간호교육의 학습 성과를 향상시키는 데 기여할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify perception types of nursing students in team-based simulation learning using Q-methodology. Q-methodology which is to create a typology was used. The 35 selected Q-statements from each of 39 sophomore nursing students experienced simulationbased education were classified into the shape of a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL program. The results revealed three discrete groups of nursing students: ‘Development-oriented cooperation’, ‘Negative non-immersion’, ‘Extrinsic motivation pursuance’. The findings indicate that development of educational intervention program based on the three types could beneficially contribute to the program outcome improvement of simulation-based nursing education.
