본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 표준화 환자를 활용한 교육경험에 대해 연구한 질적연구의 결과를 분석 및 합성하여 통합적 이해를 돕고자 시도되었다. 연구방법은 질적 메타합성방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 자료검색은 해당 DB에서 자료를 제공하는 처음부터 2020년 12월까지 출간된 논문으로 제한하여 2021년 6월부터 7월까지 시행되었으며, 검색 결과 총 962편을 검토하였다. 연구에 참여한 간호대학생의 수는 총 276명이며, 최종 5편의 논문이 선정되었다. 분석 및 합성 결과, ‘자아성찰을 통한 배움’, ‘임상간호수행에 대한 역량 함양’, ‘간호지식과 간호술기의 통합’이라는 3가지 합성된 주제와 8가지의 합성된 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 간호대학생의 표준화 환자를 활용한 간호 교육프로그램 개발과 적용에 유용한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 추후 반복연구를 통해 다양한 표준화 환자 교육경험에 대한 의미를 파악하고 규명할 것을 제언한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to review and synthesis findings from qualitative studies exploring the experience of nursing students in standardized patients based education. A systemic review was undertaken using meta-synthesis. Databases were searched up from June to July 2021, limited to papers published from the beginning of the DB providing data to December 2020, and a total of 962 studies were retrieved. From these studies, 5 studies met the inclusion criteria with a total of 276 participants. The review process resulted in 8 sub-themes that were aggregated into 3 themes: learning by self reflection, building up competency for clinical practice and integration of nursing knowledge and nursing skills. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development and application of nursing education programs using standardized patients of nursing students. In addition, it is suggested to identify and clarify the meaning of various standardized patient education experiences through repeated studies.
