김일곤. 저혈압 환자의 지구성운동시 혈압의 반응. 운동과학, 제12권 제2호, 187-196, 2003. 본 연구는 저혈압 집단 10명과 정상인 비교집단 10명을 대상으로 트레드밀 운동 전, 중, 후 혈압의 반응을 관찰하였다. 트레드밀 운동은 60% HRmax 수준인 3～3.5mph로 실시하였으며 운동 후 회복기 120분까지 혈압 반응을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구 결과 60% HRmax 이하의 저 강도 지구성운동 참여가 저혈압환자의 수축기 혈압을 운동 후 1시간 30분간 상승시켜주고 있음을 관찰할 수 있었으며, 운동 중에도 수축기혈압이 140mmHg 이상의 높은 반응은 나타나지 않았다. 또한 운동을 급격히 감소하거나 중단하는 것을 피하고 정리운동 단계를 오래 유지하거나 몇 단계로 나누어 서서히 운동을 종료하는 것이 운동 후 회복기에 혈압을 상승유지시킬 수 있었으며, 저혈압환자의 안정성을 위한 효과적인 운동요법임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 저혈압 환자의 1회 운동 후 혈압의 반응을 관찰하였기 때문에 장기간 운동 프로그램 참여의 혈압 반응과 변화의 기전에 대한 연구 수행이 요구된다.
Abstract
Kim, I.K. The blood pressure changes in hypotensive patients during and after endurance exercise. Exercise Science, 12(2): 187-196, 2003. This study was to observe the changes on blood pressure in Hypotension Patients Group(HPG, N10) and Normal Group(NG, N10) before, during and after treadmill exercise. The intensity of main exercise was to 60%HRmax. the blood pressure response was observed until the 120min after treadmill exercise.The conclusions which were achieved as followings : First, systolic blood pressure(SBP) of HPG more significantly increased than that of NG at exercise. But SBP of HPG more significantly decreased than that of NG at recovery.Second, at the recovery stage, SBP of HPG was maintained states that were significantly higher than the rest SBP for ninety minutes. After ninety minutes the rest DBP was recovered with the original SBP condition. But SBP of NG was recovered with the original SBP condition and was not change. Third, diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of NG more significantly increased than that of HPG at exercise. But DBP of HPG more significantly increased than that NG at recovery.Forth, at the recovery stage, DBP of HPG was maintained states which were significant higher than the rest DBP for ninety minutes. After ninety minutes the rest DBP was recovered with the original DBP condition. But DBP of NG was recovered with the original DBP condition and was not change.
