Abstract
This study explored the generation process of anxiety disorder and dynamics of family through the two family therapy cases for sisters with panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. The study used case study method, which can analyze the complex phenomenon in depth, and suggested the results of the findings by utilizing matrix and network. The generation process of anxiety disorder revealed the latent stage of anxiety, the beginning stage of anxiety, the amplifying stage of anxiety, the spreading stage of anxiety, and the revealing stage of symptom. On the other hand, the findings of the study showed the sub factors of each stage interacted and influenced to each other. The results of the study had many meanings in that the study approached family systematic viewpoint, and explored the generational process of anxiety disorder depending on life developmental cycles, and found the common characteristics of two sisters in the generational process of anxiety disorder.
