본 연구는 창의인성이 어린이집 원장의 자기존중감에 미치는 효과를 분석하여 창의인성과 자기존중감의 상호 관련성을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재하는 어린이집 원장 174명을 대상으로 창의인성과 자기존중감에 대한 설문 조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 적률상관분석과 단계적 회귀분석을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의인성은 어린이집 원장의 자기존중감과 높은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 창의인성 하위요인 중 민감성, 도전성, 융통성의 인성특성과, 유추, 추상화, 직관, 형상화, 주의집중, 목적성, 입장전환 등의 사고기제와, 신기성, 유용성의 사고결과 요인들은 어린이집 원장의 자기존중감과 높은 상관이 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 창의인성 중 사고기제와 인성특성이 어린이집 원장의 자기존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 창의인성 하위요인 중에서 도전성, 목적성, 입장전환, 직관, 유용성이 어린이집 원장의 자기존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study aims to provide preliminary data for preparing theoretical background for mutual relation between creative personality and self-esteem by analyzing the effect of creative personality on child care center directors' self-esteem. For the foregoing, this study conducted a survey targeting creative personality and self-esteem 174 directors of child care centers located in Busan, and analyzed collected data through product moment correlation analysis and Stepwise Regression analysis. Study results are as follows. First, this study found that creative personality has a high correlation with child care center directors' self-esteem. In other words, Among the sub-factors of creative personality, sensitivity, challenging spirit, personality characteristic of flexibility, thinking mechanism such as inference abstraction, intuition, embodiment, attention concentration, purpose, switch position, novelty, elements of outcome of thinking such as novelty and usefulness turned out to have a high correlation with child care center directors' self-esteem. Second, thinking mechanism and creative personality of personality characteristic has significant effect on child care center directors' self-esteem. Specifically, Among creative personality sub-factors, the higher the challenging spirit, and finality, switching position, intuition, usefulness effect on child care center directors' self-esteem.
