유아교사의 사고양식과 창의적 인성과의 관계

본 연구는 유아교사의 정신자치제 이론에 근거한 사고양식(Sternberg, 1997)과 창의적 인성간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산 시에 위치한 45 곳의 어린이집이나 유치원에 근무하는 3~5세 아동의 교사 154명을 대상으로 사고양식 및 창의적 인성검사를 실시하였다. 연구 분석은 SPSS 15.0을 사용하여 신뢰도 계수를 산출하고, 변인간의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 기능은 입법적 사고양식이 가장 높았고, 형식은 계급제 사고양식이 가장 높았으며, 수준은 전체적, 지엽적 사고양식이 거의 비슷하고, 범위는 외부지향적 사고양식이 더 높았고, 경향은 진보적 사고양식이 더 높게 나타났다. 유아교사의 창의적 인성은 타인의 의식이 가장 높게 나타났다. 유아교사의 권위의 수용은 군주제 및 보수적 사고양식과 정적 관계가 있는 반면 지엽적 및 진보적 사고양식과 부적 관계를 보였고, 자신감은 군주제 사고양식과 부적 관계가 있으며, 탐구심은 지엽적 사고양식과 정적 관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과들은 유아교사의 사고양식이 창의적 인성을 결정하는데 매우 중요한 결정적 요인임을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between thinking styles(Sternberg, 1997) as interactive and reciprocal mental self-government and the creative personality of early childhood teacher. The 154 teachers took care of preschool children from 3- to 5-years-old were participated from about 45 daycare centers or kindergarten in Busan. for early childhood teachers conducted a thinking style and creative personality test. This study is to calculate the reliability coefficient using spss 15.0, examined the relationship between the variables. Summarizing the overall results, 1) the teachers’ acceptance of authority was significantly correlated to monarchic and conservative styles but negatively correlated to local and liberal styles. 2) Their self-confidence was negatively correlated to monarchic styles. 3) Their inquisitiveness was significantly correlated to legislative, judicial, anarchic, local, and liberal styles but negatively correlated to monarchic, internal, and conservative styles. 4) Their awareness of others was significantly correlated to external styles but negatively correlated to monarchic, internal, and conservative styles. 5) Their creative personality was significantly correlated to legislative and liberal styles but negatively correlated to conservative styles. These results suggest that the thinking styles are very important facts for early childhood teacher to decide creative personality.
