웹사이트를 이용한 중재가 뇌성마비 장애인의 스쿠버 다이빙 수행에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 경직성 뇌성마비 장애인을 대상으로 여러 전문가들의 의견과 모니터링 할 수 있는 웹사이트를 기반으로 초기발달단계과정인 조작기능, 안정성, 이동성을 스쿠버 다이빙 프로그램에 적용하여 그에 대한 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 웹사이트에 기반을 둔 예비조사, 사전검사, 사후검사로 연구가 진행되었으며, 수중에서 2명의 버디들이 참여자에게 시선 맞춤, 수화, 양팔 혹은 한손잡기로 보조하였다. 본 연구에서 웹사이트를 기반으로 나타난 사후 검사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경직성 뇌성마비 사례자의 조작기능에 따른 하강 과정에서 압력평형, 양손 잡기, 한손잡기, 수화를 실행했다. 둘째, 안정성에 따른 유영 과정에서는 완전하지는 않지만 머리회전과 호흡에 따른 중성부력, 음성부력, 양성부력을 실행했다. 셋째, 이동성에 따른 상승 과정에서는 수직상승은 아니지만 원운동 및 사선상승을 실행했다. 넷째, 수중 내에서의 의사소통방법인 시선맞춤과 표준수신호는 사례자로 하여금 몰입 유도에 긍정적인 효과를 시사했다. 웹사이트를 기반으로 한 다양한 전문가들의 견해는 경직성 뇌성마비 참여자에게 스쿠버 다이빙 프로그램 적용 시 매우 효율적인 방법임을 규명했고, 과학적으로 검증하기 위해서는 다양한 신체기능장애에 따른 다양한 운동프로그램과의 비교 연구가 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of web-based monitoring learning system on Scuba diving performance of an individual with cerebral palsy. The web-based monitoring learning system consisted of several experts. The manipulation, stability, and locomotion as the early stages of development were investigated. Research stages based on a web site were consisted of the preliminary, advance, and post examination. Two buds in the underwater helped the eye contact, standard hand signals, and arms or one-handed catch. The results of qualitative research methods were followed as: First, in accordance with Spastic Cerebral Palsy Case of the manipulation in the process of descending, the participant fully had run equalizing, both hands catch, one hand catch, and standard hand signals. Second, the stability in the swimming process was not perfect, but, conducted neutral buoyancy, negative buoyancy, and positive buoyancy according to the head rotation and breathing. Third, the locomotion in the ascending process was not vertical rising but performed the circular and the diagonal moving water. Fourth, the eye-alignment-contact and the standard hand signals to communicate in the underwater suggested a positive effect. The opinions of the experts with the web-based monitoring learning system were a very efficient way to apply scuba diving program. It would be necessary to scientifically proven comparative study of various exercise programs for individuals with a variety of disabilities.
