조음음운장애아동의 음절정확도·오류자음 수 그리고 말 명료도 간의 상관관계

본 연구는 조음음운장애아동의 자발화검사를 통해 음절정확도와 오류자음수가 말 명료도와 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보는 데에 목적이 있다. 그를 위하여 7명의 아동을 대상으로 각 50개의 발화샘플을 17명의 말 명료도 평정자에게 들려주고 1점에서 10점까지의 척도를 표시하도록 하였다. 그 결과 대상 아동 모두 보통에 해당하는 5점 이하의 명료도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 말 명료도와 음절정확도 간에는 .914로 0.01수준에서 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 말 명료도와 오류자음 간에는 -.949로 0.01수준에서 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 오류자음 수가 많을수록 말 명료도가 낮아진다는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.
Abstract
This research aims to investigate correlations among syllable accuracy, number of incorrect consonants, and speech intelligibility of children with articulation and phonological disorders through connected speech test. To accomplish this, 50 speech samples collected from 7 children were heard to 17 rators of speech intelligibility, and let them mark with a scale from 1-10 points. A result demonstrated that all the children got 5 points or below in a speech intelligibility, which is applicable to normal. Correlation between speech intelligibility and syllable accuracy was .914 in a significant level of 0.01. Further, correlation between speech intelligibility and incorrect consonants was -.949 in a significant level of 0.01, indicating that the more incorrect consonants were, the lower speech intelligibility was.
