This paper attempts to construct a set of indicators which can be applied to measure the level of community regeneration governance. For this purpose, we employed AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as an analysis method. Based on literature review, we selected indicators which we think are theoretically related to community regeneration governance, classified them according to their nature, and prioritized them in terms of their importance weight. They include seven dimensions: trust, network, group collaboration, neighbourhood consciousness, institutional norm, sustainable development, and arbitration mechanism. We conclude that local governments involved in community regeneration should take the level of their community regeneration governance into account prior to implementation of regeneration project.
