전문대학은 4년제 대학과는 달리 전문직업인 양성을 교육목적으로 하고 있으며 산학연계의 실용성 있는 교육과 취업을 위한 실습위주의 교육과정으로 이루어져 있다. 최근 기록관리의 패러다임이 보존 중심에서 활용 중심으로 변화되고 있다. 따라서 전문대학에서 기록을 관리하는 궁극적인 목적도 보존보다는 활용에 중점을 두고 접근해야 할 필요가 있다. 공공기록물법에서 기록관 설치기준에 해당되는 전문대학에는 기록관을 설치하고 기록관리를 하도록 하였으나 실제 기록관을 설치·운영하는 전문대학은 많지 않다. 본 논문의 목적은 전문대학의 여건과 교육목적에 맞는 기록관리 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다.
Abstract
The college is aimed at training professionals to train professionals. It consists of practical training for industry-academia-affiliated education and practical training for employment. Recently, the paradigm of record mangement is changing from preservation center to utilization cener. The ultimate goal of managing recors in colleges needs to be focused on utilization rather than conservation. There are not many colleges equipped with archives. The purpose of this paper is th suggest a record management plan that fits the conditions of the college and the purpose of education.
