네트워크 분석법(ANP)을 활용한 버스전용차로 설치 평가지표 개발 및 적용

Abstract

Because evaluating the validity of current bus-only has been just considered basic and physical criteria such as bus traffic and lane, the supplementation of research on an index is indispensible. And in case of evaluating a target section of installation, overall considering a connector adjacent to a target section is inadequate. In this paper, we therefore are going to develop an index and weights that are able to synthetically consider geometrical structure(the number of lanes, the road continuity), traffic characteristics(bus traffic, transport efficiency, travel speed), user’s characteristics(frequency of stoppage) through diversifying installation standard in the city of Seoul as well as to apply the newly developed plan to provide related implications. The consequences of an empirical analysis using evaluation index from our research are as follows. First of all, evaluation index should be diversified and indices in regard to quantitative, qualitative variables are proposed. For quantitative indices there are number of lanes in a road, road connectivity and irregular parking, bus traffic, bus-passing speed are suggested whereas for the qualitative indices, correspondence with future plans, coverage of main locations (passing-point), efficiency of passenger capacity, frequency of stoppage (intervals) and etc are proposed. Second of all, as a result of computing the relative importance in regards to evaluation criteria of Analytic Network Process(ANP), efficiency of bus capacity (0.239), bus traffic (0.228),urban/semi-urban connectivity (0.166), bus stoppage (0.132), bus passing speed (0.126), continuity of roads (0.109) were consecutively extracted. Consequently, the most important evaluation checklists selected among experts were bus traffic, and efficiency of carrying passengers on a single bus. And at the same time, the total of weight was 0.467 (rounded to 0.5, 50%). Last of all, this research executed an empirical analysis subjected to Seoul areas that currently operates roadside bus-only roads. The appropriate subjects for roadside bus-only roads are considered to be Young-Dong, Young-Deung-Po, Poong-Nam, Jong-Am, and Gyeong-In Highway.
