상담기관 대학평가제도와 상담 법제화 추진 방향의 쟁점

본 고는 대학평가 제도에 드러난 상담기관의 평가현황을 파악하고 상담법제화의 방향과 상담기관의평가기준이 부합하는지를 분석하고자 한다. 우선 현재 우리나라 대학평가의 두 가지 핵심적인 제도인 대학기관평가인증 제도와 대학 기본역량 진단 제도의 특징과 상담기관의 평가 기준을 상담법제화의 방향과 비교하여 논의하였다. 그리고 두 제도에서 상담기관이 학생지원을 더 효율적이고 안전하게 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 논의를 하였다. 마지막으로 두 제도가 상담기관에 요구하고 있는 요소를 잘 반영하기 위한 상담기관 관리 방안을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This paper aims to understand the estimation of counseling area in college rating system and analyze whether basic direction of counseling legislation correspond with its evaluative criteria. First of all, I compare and suggest characteristics of Institutional Accreditation and University Basic Competency Assesment, which constitute two core systems of present Korean University assessment and evaluation criteria of counseling area along with comparison of direction of counseling legislation. In succession, I suggest a guideline that counseling center more efficiently and safely supports students under these two systems. Finally I propose university counseling center management system that meets the demand of counseling center with effect under these two systems.
