농촌지역 다문화가정 중학생의 부모양육태도, 자율적 학급풍토, 이중문화역량, 학업탄력성과 학습몰입의 구조적 관계

이 연구의 목적은 농촌지역 다문화가정 중학생의 부모양육태도, 자율적 학급풍토, 이중문화역량, 학업탄력성 및 학습몰입의 구조적 관계를 구명하는데 있었다. 모집단은 농촌지역 중학교에 재학하는 다문화가정 학생 5,581명이었고, 농촌지역의 4개발전유형(발전, 중간수준, 저개발, 도농복합 농촌지역)별 학생분포 비율에 따라 표집하여 2차례에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 총 465부 중 386부가 회수되었으며, 불성실 응답 등을 제외한 19부를 제외하고 367명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석은 Window SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계와 연구모형의 인과적 관계 구명을 위한 구조방정식 모형 분석, 부트스트래핑 방법과 팬텀모형을 활용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결론으로는 첫째, 농촌지역 다문화가정 중학생의 학습몰입은 부모양육태도, 자율적 학급풍토, 학업탄력성과 직접 영향관계가 있고, 학업탄력성은 간접영향관계를 가지는 매개변인이며, 이중문화역량은 학습몰입과 직접 영향관계는 없지만, 학업탄력성과 이중매개하여 간접영향관계가 있는 매개변인으로 구조적 모형 설정이 가능하다. 둘째, 농촌지역 다문화가정 중학생의 부모양육태도, 자율적 학급풍토, 학업탄력성은 학습몰입에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 이중문화역량은 학습몰입에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 모형내의 학업탄력성을 이중매개로 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 학업탄력성은 학습몰입에 직접적인 영향과 간접적인 영향을 미치며, 이중문화역량과 함께 이중매개효과를 가진다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify a structural relationship among parental attitudes, liberal classroom climate, bicultural competence, academic resilience, and learning flow of the middle school students from the multicultural families in rural area. The target population of the study was 5,581 middle school students enrolled in rural area who are from multicultural families, and the samples for the analysis were chosen according to the regional distribution ratio of multicultural students on the level of rural development(developed area, mid-developed area, underdeveloped area, andurban-rural compound area). The data for the study were the collected 386 copies among the 465 questionnaires distributed to the target samples in two times. In conclusion, ridding of the inconsistent 19 copies, 367 questionnaires were analyzed for the study. With Window SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs, the data analyses were performed in technical statistics, and structural equation modeling analysis to identify the casual relationship among the research models, structural equation bootstrapping, and the mediating effect analysis using phantom model. The study concluded as follows: First, the learning flow of middle school students from multicultural families in rural areas was affected directly by the latent variables of parental attitude, liberal classroom climate, and academic resilience, and the mediating variable was academic resilience which indirectly affected the relationship of variables. Bicultural competence mediated not directly but indirectly learning flow showing the indirect casual relationship with double-mediating academic resilience, which possibly established the structure model. Second, parental attitude, liberal classroom climate, and academic resilience of the students directly presented static effects. Third, bicultural competence did not affect learning flow directly, but it had indirect effects mediating other variables in the model. Fourth, academic resilience affected learning flow directly and indirectly and had a double-mediating effect with bicultural competence.
