재구성 무용작품의 가치와 의미 연구: 신역사주의(new historicism)적 관점을 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to interpret the value and meaning of the reconstruction dance works in a multifaceted way by the New Historicism perspective. This study was developed from the view that the concept of 'reconstruction' can be understood in a wide variety of ways in the interaction with New Historicism. For this purpose, this study based on understanding of Kenneth Archer and Millicent Hodson's reconstruction work and tried to apply a New Historicism perspective on the whole process of reconstruction dance works. As a result of the discussion, first of all, the reconstruction of the past lost dance is to mediate between the past and the present dance world. Second, a series of processes made up of the production and performance of the work itself is part of the study of dance. Third, it is an artistic creative act in itself. Therefore, value of the reconstruction dacne work is that it vividly incorporates the dance world of the past at this point in time. Also, Its meaning is that it is as expressive as a newly created piece of dance and reveals the arts world through the past and present.
