병원입지선정은 병원의 수익이나 생존과 관련한 중요한 문제이다. 하지만 병원의 입지 선정과 관련한 기존의 연구가 미흡하다. 병원입지 선정 시 고려해야 할 중요한 요인은 부동산 정보, 상권분석 정보뿐만 아니라 해당 지역의 의료수요와 의료공급 정보를 종합적으로 파악하여 의사결정을 하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 병원 입지선정 전문가 그룹을 상대로 한 Focused Group Interview를 통해 병원입지선정 의사결정시 고려해야 할 정보들을 파악하였고, 둘째, 이를 기반으로 병원입지선정 의사결정을 위한 정보 분석 방법론을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 개발한 방법론을 실제 사례에 적용하여 사례분석을 수행하였다.
Abstract
Hospital location selection is an important issue related to hospital profits or survival. However, existing research related to hospital location selection is insufficient. An important factor to consider when selecting a hospital location is that it is necessary to comprehensively grasp not only real estate information and commercial analysis information, but also medical information and medical supply information in the area to make decisions. Therefore, this study first identified information to be considered when making a decision to select a hospital through a Focused Group Interview with a group of experts who selected a hospital, and secondly, based on this, developed an information analysis methodology for decision making. Finally, the methodology developed was applied to real cases to perform case analysis.
