초록
As a study on the process in which body recognition gets clear through self-consciousness in the structure of dance, this study extracted the concept as follows based on three phenomena such as body-related emotion, feeling, and conscious- ness. In the structure of dance, body recognition is the basic stage of self-conscious- ness that requires imagination and creativity. In dance, body recognition is the process in which abstracted body gets clear through perceptual activity accompanied by embodied knowledge based on short- term memories about body felt through senses. Body recognition that gets clear in the process of self-consciousness recom- poses self by consciousness that aims for the better future based on something perceived by senses and intuition. Even though the expression of emotions and meanings given to each emotion can be changed depending on learning or culture, the emotion itself depends on brain that has been congenitally set up as a biologically-determined process. Emotion has a relationship with self as a result of adapting to external environ- ment and a function to control the current state of survival. The feeling about what has been experienced is selected through the structure called ‘emotion’, and revealed on body(self) while the emotion is drawn on our bodies as psychological patterns.
