연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 휴먼서비스 종사자의 정보시스템이 의사소통에 미치는 영향과 테크노스트레스의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구방법: 휴먼서비스 기관에 근무하는 종사자의 설문지를 배부하고 응답한 335부를 자료로 사용하였으며 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 연구내용: 휴먼서비스 종사자의 직무현장에도 점차 늘어나는 업무에서 사용하는 정보시스템에 의한 테크노스트레스가 의사소통에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 결론 및 제언: 첫째, 정보시스템 품질이 의사소통과 테크노 스트레스에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 정보시스템 품질과 의사소통의 관계에서 테크노스트레스에 대하여 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 휴먼서비스종사자의 직업군을 분류하여 정보시스템에 관한 후속연구가 필요하다고 제안한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of information systems used by human service practitioners on communication and the mediating effect of techno stress. 335 practitioners were surveyed, and SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for statistical analysis. The study found that the quality of information systems has a positive impact on communication and techno stress, with techno stress mediating the relationship between information system quality and communication. Future research is recommended to explore information systems classification for different human service professions.
