사회공포 및 사회불안 관련 변인에 관한 메타분석: 2011년에서 2013년 연구를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 2011년부터 2013년까지 국내에서 수행된 사회공포증 관련 연구들에 대한 메타분석을 하였다. 이를 통해 사회공포증 관련변인들을 분류 종합 정리하고 각 요인들의 평균효과크기를 비교, 분석하였으며, 조절변수를 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 추출된 사회공포증 관련변인들은 52개이며, 메타분석을 한 결과 높은 정도의 상관관계를 보이는 변수로는 역기능적 신념, 중간정도의 상관관계를 보이는 변수로는 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 신체상 순으로 나타났으며, 낮은 상관을 보이는 변수로는 양육방식 등으로 나타났다 둘째, 연령을 조절변수로 하여 조절효과를 탐색하였다. 분석결과 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석된 변인들은 자기효능감, 공적자의식, 수치심 이였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 대한 의의와 함의를 논의하였다.
Abstract
This Study conducted a meta-analysis on the studies related with social phobia. For data analysis, journals, theses, and dissertations published between 2011 and 2013 were reviewed systematically. Through this process, this study calculated average effect size of each variable and explored moderator variables. The study results were as follows. First, this study identified a total of 52 variables related with social phobia and the results indicated that high positive effect size variables included dysfunctional belief and so on, High negative effect size variables included secure adult attachment. second, moderator analyses were conducted utilizing study subjects. Moderate effects were identified in the following variables including age, Finally, the implications of the study finding were discussed.
