초록
This research presents the draft genome sequence of Arthrobacter sp. KNU-44, isolated from agricultural soil in Korea. The genome consists of three contigs with a total length of 5,045,816 bp and a GC content of 63.6%. Genome annotation identified 4,668 coding sequences, 15 ribosomal RNA genes (5S: 5, 16S: 5, 23S: 5), 53 transfer RNA genes, 3 non-coding RNAs, and 68 pseudogenes. Functional analysis revealed genes involved in plant growth-promoting traits, including indole-3-acetic acid biosynthesis, urease activity, phosphate solubilization, and siderophore production, suggesting its potential as a beneficial rhizobacte rium for sustainable agriculture.
