Complete Genome Sequence of Priestia aryabhattai KNU45 Isolated from the Rhizosphere of Maize ( Zea mays L.)

This study presents the complete genome sequence of Priestia aryabhattai KNU45, which was isolated from the rhizosphere of maize (Zea mays L.). The genome assembly of strain KNU45 is composed of one chromosomal contig and two plasmid like contigs, total size of 5,293,013bp, and the GC content is 38.08%.
Abstract
This study presents the complete genome sequence of Priestia aryabhattai KNU45, which was isolated from the rhizosphere of maize (Zea mays L.). The genome assembly of strain KNU45 is composed of one chromosomal contig and two plasmid like contigs, total size of 5,293,013bp, and the GC content is 38.08%.
