학교폭력은 청소년의 일상생활 속에서 은밀하게 발생한다. 때문에 교사가 이를 발견·관리하기 어렵다. 하지만 학교폭력 상황에 놓인 다수의 주변 학생들은 학교폭력의 악화를 막기 위한 적극적인 방어 행동을 할 수 있다. 그러나 실제 학생들은 자신과 외부에 대한 신뢰가 낮아 문제 상황을 회피하거나 묵인하고 있다. 본 연구는 학교폭력 상황에서 학생들의 방어 행동에 학교 관련 신뢰가 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이며, 그 영향을 학생의 자기효능감이 촉진시킬 것이라는 가설을 수립하고 실증적으로 탐구하였다. 검증 결과, 첫째, 대인신뢰와 사회신뢰의 요인 중 또래신뢰와 학교규칙신뢰가 방어 행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 교사신뢰와 학교신뢰는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 주요한 교육주체인 교사가 학교폭력 상황에서 학생들의 행동 준거가 되지 못한다는 사실은 심층적인 탐구가 필요한 부분이다. 둘째, 신뢰가 방어 행동에 미치는 영향은 자기효능감에 의해 촉진되었다. 따라서 청소년의 방어 행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 자신의 행동에 대한 자신감과 또래와 학교규칙이 자신을 충분히 보호·지지해 줄 것이라는 신뢰가 형성되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
School violence occurs secretly in the daily lives of youth. Therefore, it is difficult for the teacher to find and manage it. However, many of the surrounding students in school violence are able to actively defend themselves against the deterioration of school violence. However, actual students have low confidence in themselves and the outside world and avoid or tolerate problems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of school - related trust on student 's defensive behavior in school violence situations. The results of this study were as follows: First, peer trust and school rule trust had positive effects on defense behaviors among factors of interpersonal trust and social trust. On the other hand, teacher trust and school trust did not have a significant effect. Second, the effect of trust on defensive behavior was promoted by self - efficacy. Therefore, in order to promote the defensive behavior of adolescents, confidence in their behavior and confidence that the school will sufficiently protect and support them should be formed.
