何处休闲：资本和权力下的都市 休闲空间分析

当代城市普遍存在着休闲空间匮乏的问题, 造成这种现象主要与以下三个因素相关: (1) 休 闲空间为“城市化”所“抹除”；(2) 休闲空间为“特权者”所“圈占”；(3) 休闲空间为“公家人”所“出卖”。 正是在“唯利是图的资本”和“损公肥私的权力”的双重夹击下, 城市休闲空间被挤兑、被独占、 被出卖。要改变这种情形, 恢复城市必要的休闲空间, 一方面要放弃“利益最大化”的“算盘思 维”, 一方面要破除“权为我所用, 利为我所谋”的“权力意识”。
Abstract
The contemporary city exists the problem of lack of leisure space. There are three factors accounting for this phenomenon：(1) The leisure space is erased by the urbanization; (2) The leisure space is occupied by the privilege people; (3)The leisure space is sold by the ones who live on the public finance. Under the attacking of the capital and power, city leisure space is cut ,occupied, and sold. To change this situation and restore the city leisure space necessary, one should abandon the abacus thinking(profit maximization) and the power consciousness(seeking profit for me by privilege).
