Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the value of mobility and commons can be composed as a social system and practiced in everyday life for social development, and how mobile commons can act as a key element of social development by assembling mobility and commons. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, mobility has been a key factor in the development of mankind, and mobility capital, mobility governance, mobility justice, and mobility freedom in high-mobility society are driving forces for social development. Second, cooperation of commons presents a direction for sustainable social development, and the quality of life improvement and desirable social development are possible through the practice of commons. Third, mobile commons, which assemblage mobility and commons, are essential for social justice practice and overcoming vulnerability in the digital platform era, and lead social development through polycentric governance composition.
