구성주의 협동학습을 활용한 미술교육의 연구

본 연구의 목적은 미술교육에서 구성주의 협동학습의 이론을 활용하여 민주 시민 의식의 소양을 습득시켜보고자는 취지에서 시도되었다. 그동안의 미술교육이 인간의 정서발달에 기여해 온 사실들은 여러 연구를 통하여 드러나고 있다. 이는 유아교육이나 아동교육에서 미술교육이 많은 부분을 차지하면서성숙과정에 큰 영향력을 끼치고 있기 때문이다. 지금까지 아동미술교육은 주로 아동의 발달단계에 따른표현위주의 미술교육이 주류를 형성해가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 표현위주의 미술교육은 지나친 개별표현으로 지향되면서 적잖게 개인주의 성향을 초래하는데 기여한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 미래의 미술교육은 개별화된 개성표현위주의 교육 비중을 낮추고, 구성주의 이론을 적용한 협동제작으로 함께 성취감을 만족할 수 있는 교육내용으로의 전환이 절실하다. 특히 이러한 협동제작은 남을 위한 배려나 협조에의한 성취로 이어지면서 민주적 시민의식의 소양을 길러주는데 유리하며, 나아가 글로벌 리더로서의 자질을 함양할 수 있는 교육적 효과도 크다고 판단된다. 또한 다양한 협동학습 프로그램을 통한 미술교육은 오늘날 만연해가고 있는 개인주의를 보완해 가정해체나 사회 및 국가의 결속력 약화 및 인류애의 상실 등의 여러 문제점들을 억제시켜주는 효과로 이어질 가능성이 높다. 구성주의 협동학습을 이용한 교육프로그램의 개발과 운영으로 개별 표현에 의한 학습자의 부담도 덜고, 미술교육의 흥미도 유발할 수있어서 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is attempted in the intent to encourage the refinement of democratic citizenship consciousness utilizing the theory of constructivism cooperative learning in the fine arts education. It's been proven that fine arts education has been contributed to the human's emotional development in many studies. That's because the fine arts education takes up a large portion in the early childhood education and childhood education and has large effects on maturation stage. The expression-oriented fine arts education related to the developmental stage of the children has formed the mainstream of fine arts education so far. But this kind of expression-oriented fine arts education has been headed for the excessive individual expression that it impacted on individualism in part. Therefore, the fine arts education in the future should be reduced the portion of individualized expression-oriented education and changed to the education contents that can reach a sense of accomplishment through constructivism cooperation production. Especially this kind of cooperation production can lead the consideration for others and achievement that it is considered to foster the democratic citizenship and have educational effects of global leader. Also the cooperative learning through the various programs probably can relieve the problems like family disorganization, weakened of social and national cohesion and the loss of humanism. Constructivism Cooperative Learning relieve the burden on students by individual expression through development and operation of training program, Interest spark in fine arts education is necessary to should be utilized actively.
