연구 목적: 이 연구는 대학생들의 자기개념명확성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 내적동기의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 4년제 대학에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 339명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 자기개념명확성, 진로결정자기효능감, 내적동기, 진로준비행동을 주요 변인으로 선정하였다. 연구 내용: 분석결과 자기개념명확성, 진로결정자기효능감, 내적동기 모두가 진로준비행동과 상관을 나타냈으며 각변인들간의 상관도 확인되었다. 또한, 자기개념명확성과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감, 내적동기의 순차적 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 자기에 대한 이해뿐 아니라, 진로결정과 관련된 성공경험을 제공함으로써 진로결정자기효능감을 증진시켜 지속적인 내적동기를 유발하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between career decision self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in the relationship between self-concept clarity and career preparation behavior of university students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 339 male and female university students enrolled in a four-year university, and self-concept clarity, career decision-making self-efficacy, internal motivation, and career preparation behavior were selected as major variables. As a result of the analysis, self-concept clarity, career decision self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation all showed correlations with career preparation behavior, and correlations between each variable were also confirmed. In addition, the sequential mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy and internal motivation was confirmed in the relationship between self-concept clarity and career preparation behavior. In order to promote career preparation behavior of college students, it suggests that it is important to induce continuous intrinsic motivation by enhancing career decision self-efficacy by providing success experiences related to career decision as well as self-understanding.
